Today I want to show you a great tool for goal-setting: Lifebook. The idea behind is to put attention in twelve different category:

  5. Spiritual Life
  6. Love relationship
  7. Parenting
  8. Social Life
  9. Financial Life
  10. Career
  11. Quality of Life
  12. Life Vision

I took the free assessment, it is really well done, I advise you to do it. The result is your satisfaction in each category, your category of key focus, connectivity and strength. You can do the test here.

It’s important to take care, understanding our beliefs and desires, of all aspects of life when we are setting our goals, it gives us a complete vision of the future life we are going to achieve.

Of course it’s also crucial enjoy the moment, love the present and be grateful every day.
