The Silva Method “Could this be the next step in your evolution?”

Hello everyone!

Do you know what is Silva Method and who is José Silva?

The first time I came across Silva Method was around ten years ago. It is a powerful technique you can use for a lot of things: being more productive, relaxed, healing, manifesting what you have in mind and much more.

It based on the principle that you can achieve more and more in a deeper relaxation state, when you are in you Alpha level, a special brain frequency.

I am very aligned with José Silva, when I was studying Physics I came across similar questions, actually more concerning the electromagnetic field of the human body, but I when I went to the university library and checked a huge book about Neuroscience, I saw less than half of a page where it related brain activity with concepts in Physics.

Fay Dowker – “Why black holes are hot”

Happy new year! Have you written your commitment for this year? If not a great place to start is My Life Book test.

By the way, today I want to share an amazing lecture about black holes and beyond.

Fay Dowker is a British Theoretical Physicist at Imperial College London. As a student, she was interested in wormholes (nice one, I asked Jocelyn Bell about wormholes last month) to and quantum cosmology. Having studied at the University of Cambridge, Dowker was awarded the Tyson Medal in 1987 and completed her Doctor of Philosophyunder the supervision of Stephen Hawking (yes, him!) in 1990. She was later a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, at the University of California at Santa Barbara and also the California Institute of Technology.

Richard Phillips Feynman – “The Last Journey Of A Genius”

It’s Saturday, and it’s time to travel and meet great people.

Richard Phillips Feynman. He is absolutely one of my favorite person ever. A mentor. He was a theoretical physicist, and also an adventurer, a musician, a world-class raconteur.

This video shows the story of physicist Richard Feynman’s fascination with – and efforts to visit – a remote country in the center of Asia, called Tannu Tuva, “the land where the reindeer meets the camel”.

Have you the same persistence on your goals? Let me know by leaving a comment below. Let’s start a good discussion together!

Michio Kaku – “The Universe in a Nutshell”

Let’s talk about physics!

Michio Kaku is a theoretical physicist and a great speaker, he is very passionate and in this video he shows a marvelous journey thorough the major theories of physics.

This is a part of his Big Think serie. Every idea on Big Think comes from an ever-growing network of 2,000 Big Think fellows and guest speakers, who comprise the top thinkers and doers from around the globe.

Lisa Nichols – “Questions that will Stir Your Soul”

This talk is awesome.

Lisa Nichols is a best-selling author, a popular public speaker, a powerful coach, and a charismatic teacher. And this speech is really touching and motivational.
“[…] I don’t care about your bio, bios don’t impressed me. Now I want to know, who are you becoming? I am investing in your tomorrow, far more than your yesterday. You like your resume, I’m investing in your future”.

Lisa was hosted by the Awesomeness Fest, an epic event designed to teach you how to bring out the most of the capabilities as a human being.

Wow, which was the part of the talk that you like the most? Let me know by leaving a comment below. Let’s start a good discussion together!
