I really love Skateistan.[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93eSM9mWkkk&w=380&h=214]
When I was a teen-ager, and actually also now, I used to hang out with skaters and that culture remained in my blood in a sort of way. And I really care about children and the fact that all around the world children deserve to play and have fun together.
Skateistan brings joy, education and fun to children. It began as a Kabul-based Afghan NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) and is now an International non-profit charity providing skateboarding and educational programming in Afghanistan, Cambodia and Pakistan. Skateistan is non-political, independent, and inclusive of all ethnicities, religions and social backgrounds. You can find how to get involved here.

Today I want to show you a great tool for goal-setting: Lifebook. The idea behind is to put attention in twelve different category:
You can explore each category here.
I took the free assessment, it is really well done, I advise you to do it. The result is your satisfaction in each category, your category of key focus, connectivity and strength. You can do the test here.
It’s important to take care, understanding our beliefs and desires, of all aspects of life when we are setting our goals, it gives us a complete vision of the future life we are going to achieve.
Of course it’s also crucial enjoy the moment, love the present and be grateful every day.

The idea of this blog come from a project of mine to put together science and self-improvement. I studied Physics (actually I continue to study by myself too), and I am very passionate about inspiring stories, self-improvement and social impact projects.
I want to create a great place where I can share videos about these topics, inspire other people and grow together.
